“I have trained previously with GSFP and loved it (as you can see below), but I have to admit, I was a little apprehensive at first about the virtual sessions. Well, I’m on week 5 now and they are actually fantastic and super convenient! I have been working with Dave in both group and individual sessions, and because he is so perceptive and helpful in explaining everything, the transition to video has been seamless. The quality of training has stayed consistent as well, even with less equipment available. “I cannot recommend Golden State Fitness & Performance enough to reach your personal fitness goals. I have been virtually training with Dave Bolduc since Shelter In Place started in March. Dave has held me accountable, introduced me to a new world of fitness, and has been educating me along the way. Before Shelter in Place occurred, I would go to spin and bar classes about 3-4 times/week. I am the type of person who needs to go to a class and be told specifically what to do. “My goal was to climb Mount Shasta (14,000ft to the top). Not ever being exposed to such a brutal climb I new I had to get stronger physically and mentally if I was going to truly enjoy this experience. I knew I had to improve my overall strength, endurance and core but I didn’t really know how. I am so grateful for GSFPteam.
