Our small group personal training gives you what you need to succeed! Groups are limited up to 4 athletes to a group. Groups are formed by common health and fitness goals, not by your fitness level. The coaches will design an exercise program that will give progressions and regressions to every exercise to fit any fitness level. Our small group personal training also offers nutritional guidance and education. If you are someone who is looking for personal training at a low cost, enjoy working in a group and need accountability, this group is for you!!!
