You know as much as we do that your student athletes needs to put in work during the off season to compete at a high level. Too many times student athletes take it lightly or don't do anything at all during the summer. The summer is a great time to continue to build on their strengths and work on weaknesses. We here at Golden State Fitness & Performance understand the importance of an off season training and provide a Summer Sports Performance Training Camp for student-athletes. The Summer Sport Performance Training Camp will be Coached by GSFP Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Erik Pedersen CSCS. He has proven to help students from middle school to college compete at a high level.
This Summer Sport Performance Training Camp is a 2x/week 8-week camp. Sessions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday at 2pm, from June 6th - July 27th. This program is designed to create more opportunities for student-athletes to hone their skills and get to the next level.
