No one person is created equal, therefore no one program fits all. At Golden State Fitness & Performance we design programs structured toward your goals allowing you to achieve and excel beyond your athletic potential. With most golfers its about improving the strength of your postural muscles that can maintain the proper range of motion in your swing. For example, if you have an S-curve in your low back and can not stay in the proper hinged pattern then you the rotation of the swing will result in a weakened core, less Range of Motion, and increased low back pain. Another example of a postural weaknesses that results in a poor golf swing is the C-Curve which you see when people reach toward to ball by rounding the shoulders and upper back. Again this result in the lack of Thoracic spine rotation and limits your drive distance and increases risks of injury.
